In response to the growing demand for faster elevator speeds and the need for cost-effective solutions, our R&D engineers have developed a new product line and improved the manufacturing process. The result is the new Star Plus, suitable for speeds from 4m/s up to 20m/s.
Super
Guide rails in accordance with ISO 7465 (B Class) for speeds between 0 and 1 m/s (cold-drawn) and between 0 and 1.6 m/s (machined).
Extra
Guide rails in accordance with ISO 7465 (BE Class) for speeds between 1.6 and 4 m/s.
Star
High-quality guide rails for speeds exceeding 4 m/s.

SPECIAL PROFILES
We have three steel profile hot rolling centers specializing in the production of T-shaped raw material from billets for the subsequent manufacture of guide rails. In addition, the centers also develop and produce their own or co-designed special profiles, which are used in a variety of industries, including construction and transportation, and meet the highest quality standards. The hot rolling mill processes are complemented by profile straightening and cut-to-length services to customer specifications.
